I'm a professionally trained facilitator, designer and coach with 20+ years experience globally. Most people I work with would describe me as calm, creative and coffee obsessed. Those closest to me might add loyal, honest (to a fault), active & adventurous.
I’ve worked globally as an independent consultant in organisational change, and also been a part of an award-winning leadership development company as a senior consultant.
I’ve worked with some of the biggest and most successful brands in the world and helped them transform their learning and leadership. I have a reputation in my field for being calm, intuitive, trustworthy and challenging in my approach. I’m highly sought after by existing clients and new, particularly in the areas of global facilitation, design and adult learning.
I have a passion for learning that creates growth, development and meaningful change. I believe we need to create more collaborative, inclusive and creative learning cultures to thrive.
